Victory by the word of God
When God assigns you a task, He provides the assurance of His presence and victory over the enemies and opposition. God conveys the promise of victory He gave to Joshua today so that we will not weaken or lose our guard when facing opposition in our assignments. It is vital not to rush into any action until we have heard from God and received His promise of victory. Because our success in our mission and endeavours hinges on the words spoken or revealed to us by God. The enemy often tries to make us impatient, pushing us to act prematurely, risking our time and resources. Waiting on God for direction is wisdom that prevents unnecessary losses. We will find ease where others struggle, if we have received a word from God before our journey.
Triumph over obstacles lies in the Word God has spoken to us and not in our strength. This is why seeking the face of God in everything is not an option but a necessity. When challenges arise, we will be able to stand strong in faith and be strengthened by God's promises. People who have a divine word for their mission will not fear challenges. They will find peace and strength in God’s assurances. When you face opposition, engage in spiritual warfare using the victory God has promised you. The word of God serves as your shield of faith against adversities. Your assurance of progress relies on the words He has spoken to you.
God’s unwavering presence ensures He will not fail or forsake you, especially when you’ve sought His guidance. The manifestation of His glory in your life is directly tied to your obedience. If you feel abandoned, reflect on your obedience. Did God guide you in your current pursuits? Those who neglect their responsibilities to God may seek to blame Him, yet He remains faithful. The word God gives you before any venture is your safeguard against loss. God will support your endeavours and grant you success because you have sought His will. He will not abandon you; He will be with you, and He will fulfil His promises to you.
