ᴅᴏ ʏᴏᴜʀ ʙᴇsᴛ ᴛᴏ ʙᴇ ᴀᴘᴘʀᴏᴠᴇᴅ ʙʏ ɢᴏᴅ

2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Don't settle for being an average leader; strive to become the kind of leader that God desires you to be. Aim for excellence in all your work, as it is what God commands. Diligence is the foundation of greatness, and without it, you cannot attract God and men's approval.

Invest yourself entirely in your work so that your best efforts are revealed to others. Your best is what God require for His endorsement, so strive to grow your gifts and anointing. Give your best in administering your gifts and grace, and in devotion to God through prayer and meditation on His Word. Give your best in teaching, training, disciplining, and encouraging others.

Committing yourself to your calling and ministry may require sacrifices of convenience and comfort, but if you pursue excellence, you will not be deterred by these challenges. To be skilled in explaining and applying the Word of God, you must personally be a diligent student of it. Cultivate this lifestyle, and you will not be ashamed of your work.

To gain God's authorisation, you must seek Him first. If God does not recommend you, no man can.

The Word became Answer RSV, John 1:14: "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth; we have beheld his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father." The Word, or Logos, became human as God's response to our need for salvation, addressing all our spiritual needs and the limitations we face as humans. The written word, the scriptures, is also provided by God to meet our needs. However, many struggle to find answers to their challenges in the scriptures due to their lack of understanding of them.
