Cᴀʟʟᴇᴅ ʙʏ Gᴏᴅ's Gʀᴀᴄᴇ

Gal 1:15-16: "But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb and called me by his grace, To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:"

It is important to remember that we are saved and called into ministry by the grace of God, not because of our goodness or possessions. Our efficiency, impact, and success in ministry depend on the grace given to us by God. Therefore, we should consistently grow in the grace of God through our service and regular fellowship with Him. We should not rely on our human abilities or experiences, as this could lead to a decrease in our impact and relevance in ministry. We must remember that our journey of faith started by grace, and it is through the regular supply of grace from God that we will continue to make an impact on this journey and end well.

The grace of God is the foundation for our living and becoming relevant in the work of God. God has called us by His grace to reveal His Son through us so that we can make Him known, so we must not trivialise this grace. The grace given to us was not given to amplify ourselves, our accomplishments or our success, but to preach Christ. The effectiveness of our witness to Christ greatly depends on our revelation of Jesus Christ. So we must allow the Holy Spirit to regularly reveal Christ to our hearts through the word of God so that our passion to witness Christ will always grow.

When God calls someone to serve Him, He wants the person to bring their heart closer to Him, so they can begin to observe His ways. God first builds the foundation of any work He plans to do in the heart of anyone that He called to be with Him. Building the principles of God's works in the heart of a person involves removing old ways of thinking and planting the thoughts of God. When we surrender our hearts to God, we will easily hear His voice and receive instructions to fulfil His purpose. Whenever we are in the presence of God, our hearts must be present, because God wants everyone who comes to Him to leave with something of eternal value. We walk with God with a heart of faith, and whatever we do with Him or for Him must be done with our hearts, souls, and minds so that God can be glorified through our lives.
