True Worshippers
John 4:24: "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and truth."
No one can worship God correctly without knowing Him, and we cannot know Him while remaining in our sins. We must be born again before we can begin to know the LORD. God is a Spirit, and our natural inclinations are not enough to worship Him acceptably. Our spirit must be constantly renewed in the word of God so that we can worship Him in spirit and truth about His person. A natural man cannot worship God truly because his natural mindset prevents it. We must walk with God by faith in His word and not rely on nature for us to be His true worshippers.
A natural man's life is governed by natural processes and procedures alone. He insists on seeing and believing in things that follow natural laws, which may be true in the natural realm but not in the spiritual. A natural man is inflexible and cannot follow God's ways. When God permits us to follow accustomed procedures or processes to accomplish His will, we should do so. However, when God chooses to work supernaturally, we must not let our natural mindset hinder us from believing in God. We should follow God by faith so that we can reach the destination He has prepared for us.
If God is leading us by His Spirit by making us believe His word despite what our eyes see or ears hear, we should follow Him without reservation. Relying solely on our natural senses will limit us from reaching our destinies in Christ. We must have faith in the word of God to operate in the supernatural realm. If our spirit sees or hears from God what our eyes and ears cannot perceive, then we should not let their judgments stop us from believing and following what God is doing for us.
