Things which are seen were not made of things which do appear

Heb 11:3: "Through faith, we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear."

The visible world was created by the invisible word of God. God's word that created the world was not just written words but the spirit and power behind those words. The impact of God's words is not limited to the people who first received them but to all generations. They are written for us so that God will make the same impact in our lives through the power of His unfailing word if only we can put our faith in Him. The understanding of the word of God and the faith that is applied to it determines the kind of outcomes it produces in any life. 

The word of God does not return to God without producing results and accomplishing His purposes. It is not bound by time, place, or people. Just as it worked wonders in the lives of people in biblical times, it continues to work miracles today and will do so for generations to come. The word of God is alive and gives life by saving, healing, delivering, and performing miracles for those who believe in it. The word of God guides, corrects and empowers us to serve God effectively and make a positive impact in the world.

The Word became Answer RSV, John 1:14: "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth; we have beheld his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father." The Word, or Logos, became human as God's response to our need for salvation, addressing all our spiritual needs and the limitations we face as humans. The written word, the scriptures, is also provided by God to meet our needs. However, many struggle to find answers to their challenges in the scriptures due to their lack of understanding of them.
