Lift your eyes from where you are

Genesis 13: 14. And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward.

God commanded Abraham to raise his eyes and survey the land in all directions. He promised to bestow upon Abraham all the land he could see. A great vision is a catalyst for great achievements, while a limited vision leads to meagre accomplishments. To achieve greatly, one must adopt a vision that surpasses their current capabilities. A great vision serves as a driving force, reminding one that their potential has not yet peaked. It illuminates the numerous opportunities that lie ahead and underscores the work that is yet to be undertaken in the service of God.

God will broaden your comprehension of your abilities in Christ and strengthen your faith, demonstrating that you can surpass your current achievements. The boundless power of God dwells within you, allowing you to break free from limitations and stagnation. Recognizing that there is still much to be accomplished will prevent complacency. Always look upward, towards God and those who have achieved more than you, never downward. Those who look down will falter, while those who look up will soar. The more you turn your gaze towards God, the more you will uncover uncharted territory and untapped potential.

God calls upon us to seek His guidance so that He may plant within us the seeds of extraordinary, unrealized accomplishments. Those who follow God should never be content with their current achievements. What they have accomplished thus far pales in comparison to what lies ahead. The Spirit of God within will not allow complacency. It will continue to spur you to reach beyond your current limits because you are far greater than you can fathom. You possess an unparalleled strength that transcends the perceptions of your physical eyes and mind.
