Letting God lead your life

Jer 2:17: "Hast thou not procured this unto thyself, in that thou hast forsaken the LORD thy God when he led thee by the way?"

Turning away from God's guidance will undoubtedly lead to trouble and sorrow. Obedience to God's instructions is the sole path to a peaceful, fruitful, and fulfilling life. The scriptures embody God's divine guidance for all His children. Immersing yourself in the scriptures through regular reading and meditation will ensure that you always discern God's leading and direction in righteousness. God will lead us in alignment with the scriptures in all our endeavours, guiding us with His word. All of God's directives in our lives must be anchored in the scriptures to avoid missteps.

Choosing God as our leader ensures we lack nothing wherever He leads us. His grace will sustain and bless us in the places He leads us. His grace is the wellspring of sustenance, refreshment, and fruitfulness wherever He guides us. In His absence, it is clear that He did not lead us there. The presence and the manifestation of the grace of God in the work we felt He led us to do testify to the correctness of His guidance in our lives. God will not stand idly by as we struggle to fulfil His counsel for our lives. He will empower us to accomplish His work and His grace will be available to help us.

You are worthy O Lord.. The twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne and worship Him who lives forever and ever. The Word became Answer RSV, John 1:14: "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth; we have beheld his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father." The Word, or Logos, became human as God's response to our need for salvation, addressing all our spiritual needs and the limitations we face as humans. The written word, the scriptures, is also provided by God to meet our needs. However, many struggle to find answers to their challenges in the scriptures due to their lack of understanding of them.
