Faith: the Substance

Faith: The Substance

Heb 11:1: "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."

Faith is the substance of our hopes in God and is the evidence of things we have not yet seen from Him. It is through faith that we walk with God, experiencing His presence. To please God and experience His glory, we must have unwavering faith in His word, as it is the key to relating with Him and experiencing His salvation. What attracts God to a person is not his outward appearance or possessions, but his faith in His word.

If God finds a person of faith in a city, He will intervene and bring salvation, regardless of how corrupt the city may be. Faith is what saves and preserves families, communities, cities, and nations, not material wealth.

In times of trouble, faith in God is the only thing that can save us. A person of faith is a beacon of God's light in their home, community, city, and nation. It is through a person of faith that God reveals His glory in families, communities, cities, and nations.

A person of faith is God's trusted ally, hearing and advancing with God to bring His glory to different territories. They do not see challenges as barriers but believe that the glory of God is within every challenge and seek to manifest it. Every trouble or challenge contains the glory of God, waiting to be revealed for the benefit of others, and how we handle these challenges will determine how God's glory is manifested to those who encounter it.
