I am not alone, for my Father is with me

John 16:32 says, "Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me."

No matter who leaves you in ministry, you mustn't allow the departure of anyone to cause you to harbour hatred against them. People may leave you, but don't let their departure make you lose the presence of God with you. The most crucial thing in life is to have God by your side. If you can secure His presence, you will gain back much more than the people who have left you.

It's vital to handle every matter in a mature way as a leader, even if you are right. The person who left you today might become an asset to you tomorrow. How you deal with today's pain will determine what it will bring to you tomorrow. Refrain from speaking curses against anyone, no matter how hurt you are. What you say against a person will come back to hurt you tomorrow.

Don't let people's attitudes towards you determine your feelings towards them. Your joy or peace shouldn't be dictated by anyone or anything. Instead, allow God to fight for you in every matter. Even when everything turns against you and you feel alone, you must always have faith that God is with you. With God on your side, everything you are going through now will turn into a testimony for you.

Your loyalty to God should be unwavering, regardless of what you are going through in life and ministry. God will never leave you nor allow you to be ashamed or defeated. When it seems like no one is coming to your aid, God is right there with you and is not far away. His presence is the most valuable thing you can have in your life. If you can secure His presence, you will receive His help and provisions as well.
