Your Glory is in your Dream

Gen 40:9: "And the chief butler told his dream to Joseph, and said to him, In my dream, behold, a vine was before me;"

In the story of Joseph, the chief butler's dream served as a reminder that God's plan for our lives is not limited by our current circumstances. It is essential to recognize that our true potential lies in the visions and dreams that God gives us, rather than relying on external factors such as work experience, age, or family lineage.

We are called to live a life that exceeds mediocrity, as we are uniquely created by God to fulfil His purpose. What may have been impossible for our families to achieve can become a reality through us, as God empowers and equips us. Therefore, rather than fixating on our past, what is happening in our family lineage or being limited by our situations, we should focus on pursuing the dreams and visions that God has placed within us.

It is crucial not to let the size of our dreams be dictated by our circumstances. Instead, we should allow our dreams to guide us in setting ambitious goals and plans. We should not be discouraged by our financial status or physical status and let those factors determine the extent of our pursuits.

We should trust in God, who has given us these dreams, to provide the necessary means and assistance to accomplish them. By relying on God's guidance and strength, we can overcome any obstacle and fulfil the purpose and destiny that He has set before us.

We should start by embracing the small opportunities that are available to us now. By doing so, we demonstrate faith and trust in God's plan. As we walk with God and step out in faith, He will reveal further steps for us to take towards fulfilling our dreams in even greater dimensions.

It is important to remember that our journey towards fulfilling our dreams is a partnership with God. He will provide the resources and opportunities we need at each stage, and it is our job to make the most of what He makes available to us. By faithfully stewarding the present, we open ourselves up to the guidance and direction that will lead us towards the full realization of our dreams.

The Word, or Logos, became human as God's response to our need for salvation, addressing all our spiritual needs and the limitations we face as humans.
