Building according to God's pattern
In Exodus 25:40, Moses was shown a pattern on the mountain and instructed to create items according to that pattern. This same concept can be applied to the ministry's pattern and operation that God has called individuals to serve.
The ministry's pattern encompasses both the message given to preach and the coverage of operations. Each person called by God has a different coverage - some may be local, while others may be national, continental, or global. To function within the ministry's pattern, individuals must continuously learn, self-reflect, pray, and build themselves up under God. By doing so, they will see their grace and anointing rise to their fullest potential to fully impact their audience.
To reach the full capacity of our ministry's operations, individuals must put in extra effort where they are weak. Self-critique from people around us is vital for improvement, and our attitude towards it will determine how much we grow. It is not productive to compare ourselves with others or judge our performance against theirs. Instead, we should allow God to lead us on the spiritual disciplines we need to develop to grow our anointing.
We must stretch ourselves beyond our comfort zone to be able to enter into an overwhelming anointing that God has prepared for us to do great works for Him. If God has called us to be leaders over His people, then let us act like one and not continue living and operating below the measure of the anointing given to us by God.
Everyone who is called by God can rise above mediocrity and build himself up to the measure of the capacity of grace and anointing that God has given to him. We can all determine our pace by the power of the Holy Spirit and not allow any challenges to limit or stop us in our pursuits for the glory of God.
