Vision Drives Action
Numbers 25:7- And when Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, saw it, he rose from among the congregation and took a javelin in his hand
It was the sight that Phinehas saw that made a demand on him for an unusual action. He saw what others couldn't see and did what others couldn't do. The visions of God are driven by the Spirit of God and it moves people to action. God envisioned His leaders to address the needs of His people, to bring positive change in their lives, and to add value to them. A God-given vision is a powerful motivator, driving individuals to rise and use their gifts and skills to fulfill the purpose of God. Such a vision will demand dedication, sacrifice, and a strong sense of purpose. Clear communication of our ministry's visions and unwavering support and commitment from the people that God gives to us is vital to pursuing and achieving our ministry's goals. The great visions we received from God will require a great commitment to God to be able to fulfill them. Such visions release faith, grace, boldness, and resources to people to fulfill them. Those who pursue the visions that God gives to them despite the oppositions and obstacles they face will accomplish what others are afraid to do and will have their names written with gold among the heroes of faith.
