Time to adapt as a leader

As a leader, it's crucial to have a diverse range of skills, both mentally and physically. In 1 Chronicles 12:2, it's noted that those who aided David possessed the talent to use their left and right hands equally, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.

Leaders must be well-prepared individuals who can readily tackle any situation that arises. They should not make excuses for a lack of preparation. Leaders should be resourceful and equipped with diverse knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles. If you aspire to be a leader, it is crucial to have a willingness to learn. Learning is an ongoing process, and it is essential for impactful work.

Leaders must be willing to do whatever is expected of them, anytime and anywhere. They should be ready to obey every instruction from God and their seniors without leaving anything out. Leaders need to be knowledgeable about their assignments and aware of what is happening in the world. This will help them to have a greater reach and influence.

Leaders should be able to adjust to any situation and circumstance, for the greater good of those they are serving and to fulfill God's mandate. If you are not willing to be flexible, your gifts and potential will not be fully expressed.

Overall, the world needs leaders who are versatile, resourceful, and all-purpose. Are you ready to step up to the challenge?

The Word, or Logos, became human as God's response to our need for salvation, addressing all our spiritual needs and the limitations we face as humans.
