Intentional Leadership

Intentional leaders see themselves as conduits for divine messages and instructions to God's people, so they invest themselves deeply in their relationship with God to better serve their vision and mission. Our role as leaders is to guide people to follow God's instructions and ordinances and lead them toward blessings through obedience. Our ability to see the "appointed place of rest" and lead people in that direction is a hallmark of our effective leadership. As messengers of God's will, we are responsible for guiding people to align their lives with the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ. Being intentional in our actions and maintaining a higher standard of living will indeed have a positive impact on those who look up to us leaders for guidance. God expects us to embody the principles we preach and teach, so we must lead with a selfless dedication to the purpose and the glory of God. Leaders who prioritize their transformation and commitment to God's values become beacons of inspiration for the people they lead. Their disciplined lifestyle serves as a powerful example that motivates them to pursue a deeper relationship with God. 


Leaders must not only talk the talk but also walk the walk, acting as catalysts for positive change and transformation in the lives of their followers. Our unwavering commitment to the message and mission that God has entrusted to us is very important. Our focus must be on fulfilling divine mandate rather than seeking approval from people. Our resolute dedication to God's vision will indeed lead to a more meaningful impact on the lives of the people we lead. We must stay steadfast, avoid distractions, and be a true example of godly living. God has given us visions that will propel us forward and play a crucial role in guiding and mobilizing others toward their destinies.

You are worthy O Lord.. The twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne and worship Him who lives forever and ever. They cast their crowns before the throne, saying, "You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory, honour, and power; for You have created all things, and for Your pleasure, they are and were created." — Revelation 4:10-11 Even with the privilege of sitting around God's throne, these elders demonstrate a deep sense of humility before Him. The Word became Answer RSV, John 1:14: "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth; we have beheld his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father." The Word, or Logos, became human as God's response to our need for salvation, addressing all our spiritual needs and the limitations we face as humans. The written word, the scriptures, is also provided by God to meet our needs. However, many struggle to find answers to their challenges in the scriptures due to their lack of understanding of them. But those who genuinely seek truth from the scriptures and are willing to obey God's guidance will find that the scriptures are revealed to them, providing a word from God.
