Great leaders are dreamers

In Genesis 37:6-9, Joseph shares his dreams with his brothers. He dreams of a bright future for himself, his family, and his nation. However, his brothers envy him and cannot handle his visions. Despite this opposition, Joseph remains steadfast in his dreams.


Leaders are characterized by their ability to dream big. They imagine lofty goals that surpass their abilities and resources. They trust in God to help them achieve these goals. If your vision is easy to accomplish, it may not be the one that God has given you.


Dreams are often imparted by God Himself or by leaders who are ahead of us. Reading about great accomplishments can also inspire dreams. If you do not read, you may not dream, and you may not have an impact on others. A leader's level of influence is often determined by the amount of information they have. Reading and dreaming are essential to fulfilling your passions and accomplishing your goals.


Successful leaders not only pray but also read every day to stay informed and make a significant impact. They pursue their dreams with the help of God until they are fulfilled. Dreams ignite the hearts of leaders and keep them motivated. True dreamers never give up, and God always fulfills genuine dreams and visions, despite any obstacles.
