Faith is in steps

Proverbs 4:18. But the path of the just is like the shining sun, That shines ever brighter unto the perfect day.

Faith in following God involves specifics rather than blind vagueness. It's about receiving step-by-step guidance and direction for our lives, rather than general or muddled instruction. This explains God's orderly leadership and the gradual nature of His guidance toward our destinies. Faith is intertwined with the knowledge of our calling and vocation and allows us to comprehend the specific things God intends for us. God provides specific guidance for each of us and allows us to follow Him step by step so that we will be able to fulfill our calling. The strong motivation of the Spirit of God in helping us in our pursuits of the manifestation of the glory of God in our lives is fundamental for the exercise of faith in God. Leadership calling is a call to rely on God rather than relying on what we see, hear, or feel; so our faith and obedience to God will play a significant role in fulfilling the purpose of God for our lives. Trusting in the ability of God will give strength and motivation to us, and the people we lead will find solace and guidance through our leadership. Through perseverance and steadfast dedication to our duty, we will overcome every challenge that stands in our way. Aligning our thoughts, words, and actions with the word of God always will lead to remarkable outcomes in our lives and ministries.
