Empathetic Leadership

John 3:17: "For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved."

Authentic leaders demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support their team's growth. They understand that development takes time and that everyone has their own pace. Instead of blaming or expecting quick perfection, they provide guidance, encouragement, and education to help their team members evolve spiritually and professionally. Their ultimate goal is to cultivate leaders who can carry forward their vision and even surpass their accomplishments.

You are worthy O Lord.. The twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne and worship Him who lives forever and ever. They cast their crowns before the throne, saying, "You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory, honour, and power; for You have created all things, and for Your pleasure, they are and were created." — Revelation 4:10-11 Even with the privilege of sitting around God's throne, these elders demonstrate a deep sense of humility before Him. When the living creatures give glory, honour, and thanks to God, the elders do not remain seated, proud of their crowns. Instead, they rise from their seats and fall down before God. In worship, they lay their crowns at His feet, proclaiming that He alone is worthy of glory, honour, and power. The Word became Answer

The Word became Answer RSV, John 1:14: "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth; we have beheld his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father." The Word, or Logos, became human as God's response to our need for salvation, addressing all our spiritual needs and the limitations we face as humans. The written word, the scriptures, is also provided by God to meet our needs. However, many struggle to find answers to their challenges in the scriptures due to their lack of understanding of them. But those who genuinely seek truth from the scriptures and are willing to obey God's guidance will find that the scriptures are revealed to them, providing a word from God.
