DO NOT GO DOWN TO EGYPT


Genesis 26: 2. And the LORD appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of: - Bible Offline


Do not go down to sin nor bend the rules of God for wanting to meet your pressing needs. Do not compromise the standard of God's righteousness because of the challenges you are facing. Abandoning faith and righteous living because of challenges is the most foolish thing to be done by anyone because those who do that lately regret it. What God is not yet given to you, do not force yourself to get it through the back doors or by unrighteous ways, doing that will bring doom to your life. Always bring your troubles, challenges, and fears to God in prayer, believing that God has answered you and waiting for His salvation. In your waiting for God do not be impatient by doing things in your way. God knows what He is doing with you, for He is using what you are going through to train you and to test your faith and patience in Him. God will send help to you from above if you remain steadfast and unwavering in your faith and you refuse to compromise. We must esteem God highly more than anything in this world and please Him in whatever situation and circumstances we are going through. We must be like Job who said "Even if he slays me, I will hope in him...". Job 13:25. Our faith and hope in God must remain unshakable in all situations because God who has created and saved us is faithful, He will sustain us and will not allow us to be put to shame. Your divine allocations for good living, healthy life, productivity, and success are in the location where God has placed you or in the work that God has assigned you to do. So, working outside your divine calling or living outside your divine location will keep the allocations of God away from you. It is only by obedience to God's instructions that the resources of God will flow into your life and not in your disobedience to Him. 


The instructions of God are life and it is in our obedience to them that God's covenant of life, good health, prosperity, protection, and success will be fulfilled in our lives. The presence of God will abide with you always and you wouldn't need to be afraid of anything if you are doing what God has called you to do and stay where He has put you. It is the presence of God with a man that will bring the blessings of God upon him and not his skilfully or human efforts alone. He that secures the presence of God with him has also all the things that belong to God with him. He that has Christ in him has the hope of glorious life with him and ahead of him. Christ in you is your potential and your prospect for glory. Christ in you is the strength of God inside you to do great and supernatural things. Philippians 4:13. What you cannot do by your physical strength, you have Christ inside you to strengthen you to do them. With Christ in you, there are no limits to which you can go for God in what He has called us to do. Everyone that is born of God through Jesus Christ has the potential of grace and divine strength inside them to rise to any level that they desire. We must continue to grow in our capacity of faith through the knowledge of the word of God so that we can reach the height and accomplish the great feat that God has destined for us and assigned to us.

The Word became Answer

The Word became Answer RSV, John 1:14: "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth; we have beheld his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father." The Word, or Logos, became human as God's response to our need for salvation, addressing all our spiritual needs and the limitations we face as humans. The written word, the scriptures, is also provided by God to meet our needs. However, many struggle to find answers to their challenges in the scriptures due to their lack of understanding of them.
